Conclave Incognito - October 24-26 - Quinnipiac

Greetings Fellow Brothers,
Enclosed is your information regarding the Section 94/96 Conference; Conclave Incognito from October 24th - 26th. The registration fee is $40.00 per brother. Please make checks payable to Nu Alpha. This fee covers both the registration fee as well as the cost of the banquet. The registration deadline is Saturday September 18th. Registering on time will guarantee you a FREE T-SHIRT in your requested size. Brothers registering after this date will be subject to a $5 late fee and will NOT be guaranteed a free t-shirt.
On Friday night, upon your arrival to the hotel you will need to check in with both the hotel and with our chapter. You will receive a packet containing a schedule and other pertinent information for the weekend. Brothers who are daring enough are invited to join us at the Trail of Terror in Wallingford. Brothers who wish to attend the Trail of Terror are urged to arrive to the hotel by 5:30 as the Trail is extremely popular in the area. In addition to the Trail, we will have a variety of fellowships available at the hotel on Friday evening.
On Saturday, service projects and workshops will be held on campus and at local sites within Hamden. Brothers will be on their own for lunch, so please remember to bring extra cash. Maps of the area will be provided. That evening, the Masquerade Ball will be held in Alumni Hall on Quinnipiac’s campus. The Ball is a black tie event. We recommend men wear suits or tuxes and ladies wear dresses or gowns. Wear a mask to add effect! (There will be a limited opportunity to make a mask at a workshop if you forget). A prize will be awarded for the best mask at the Ball. Banquet will be a buffet. There will be vegetarian options available. If you have any dietary concerns, please contact the registration chairs.
Hotel accommodations are reserved at Courtyard Marriot in Wallingford located at 600 Northrop Road in nearby Wallingford. (http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/hvnwa-courtyard-new-haven-wallingford/) The cost of the hotel room for the first 10 rooms is $89 per night plus tax. After the first 10 rooms, each room will cost $99 per night, so book early! To book the necessary amount of hotel rooms please call the hotel directly at (203) 284-9400 and request a room in the Alpha Phi Omega Conclave block. The deadline for booking hotel rooms is October 1st! There is no free housing available due to Quinnipiac campus policy.
