Conclave of Rock - March 27-29 - UConn (Hartford Marriott Farmington)
Conclave of Rock is March 27th-29th 2009. The registration fee is $35.00 per brother. Please make checks payable to Alpha Phi Omega. This fee covers both the registration fee as well as the cost of the banquet. The early bird registration deadline is March 7th 2009. After March 7th, the fee escalates to $40.00. Payments may be mailed separately from registration forms, and if the payments are not mailed by March 13th, please bring them directly to the registration table at check in.Conclave of Rock will be held at the Hartford Marriott Farmington located at 15 Farm Springs Road in Farmington, CT. The costs of the rooms are $89.00 for the night for 4 people, $22.25 per person. To book the amount of hotel rooms you will need for your chapter, please call the hotel directly at 1(800) 228-9290 and indicate you are attending the Alpha Phi Omega event. The deadline for booking hotel rooms is Monday March 2nd 2009. After March 2nd, you can book rooms at the regular rate but the price of the rooms per night rises to at least $99.95 per night.
