Dear Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been invited to Kappa Omicron’s Fall 2011 Harry Potter "Bringing Back the Magic" themed conclave! Term begins on October 21st, 2011 and lasts until the 23rd. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary fees and information. We await your owl by no later than October 1st, 2011.

Upon arrival to Platform 9¾ at the Campus Center Hotel, you may check in with the UMass professors on Friday October 21st, from 7 until 11 in the evening or on Saturday, October 22nd at the University from 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning. Friday night festivities include a night of butterbeer and other mocktails or if you fancy, a lively game of life-size wizard’s chess right at the Campus Center Hotel! A game of Quidditch outside on the pitch is also planned, so dress accordingly for October Amherst weather! Saturday will include some important Wizarding classes to help you with your chapters, as well as Launch and Achieve.  There will be a costume contest at banquet, so bring your best cloaks and wands and don’t forget to bring along all the extra books you have been collecting for our book drive which will be donated to a local group in need!

Conclave Registration:

Conclave registration will be $45.00, and a t-shirt is an additional $8-11.00

All items must be postmarked by no later than 10/1/11. If materials are postmarked after this date, there will be a $5 late fee PER PERSON incurred and there are no guarantees that souvenirs or requested T-Shirt size will be available to late registrants.
